Kobo No Awa series is an authentic sparkling wine that allows you to enjoy the individuality of grape varieties indigenous to Japan. The Method Charmat, one of the few in Japan, is used to achieve delicate, fine bubbles, rich aromas and a clean, fresh taste by taking a certain amount of time after secondary fermentation to allow the wine to develop slowly. It is a crisp, dry type.
