Hachikaisan, a sacred mountain in Niigata, and its water is made from super-soft water that gushes out vigorously from between the rocks at the foot of the mountain. The snow that falls on the mountain during the winter melts and sinks into the mountain ground, and after many years the water comes out of the ground again and spurts out from between the rocks.
The local people have long called this water 'Japanese Thunder God's fresh water'. The water is cold even in summer and extremely soft to the palate.

The Daiginjo is the highest peak of Japanese sake brewed by Hakkaisan. Smooth mouthfeel like water. A clean, clear, beautiful, gentle and full taste. A delicate, deep aroma that spreads quietly. To be honest, it is such a refined and exquisite product that we are sorry to describe it in words.
