Winemaking: A new wine to the collection – Pinot noir (Clones: Abel & 10/5) hand-picked and hand destemmed and fermented in stainless steel. The grapes were pressed off mid fermentation to create a light rouge colour and retain acid and freshness on the palate. The wine finished fermentation and matured in stainlesssteel 6 months. No oak.

Winemakers tasting notes: True to her name, this Pinot noir is a light, bright, juicy chilled red. The perfect summertime sipper, BBQ wine. Popping with red fruit, she’s fresh and easy drinking. This wine speaks for herself.
