Do you ship internationally?

Somm Cellars outsources to trusted Wine Fright Brokers to deliver its wines to customers outside New Zealand. International shipping fees and other costs will apply, so it is helpful if you contact us before you purchase if you wish to ship internationally. We will start the shipping process once we have received your total payment. Depending on the location, it can take between 8 and 20 days to reach you, according to our past experience.

How are Subscription wines selected each month?

Hiro selects the wines each month. They’re always a reflection of things he’s passionate about, wine he’s pouring for his friends and family, and bottles he wants you to experience. no need to be worried too much, he’ll make sure you’re drinking the right thing throughout the year.

Cancellation policy and how do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or stop your subscription at any time by sending email to info@sommcellars.co.nz. There are no cancellation fees or minimum continuation periods, so feel free to try it out for as little as one month. If you cancel after the closing date, you will be charged from the following month. All prices include GST.

What if I do not like the taste of one of the wines.
Can I get a refund?

We’re excited to share new wines with you and we certainly hope you enjoy them all. But we also believe that tasting a full spectrum of styles and profiles is an important part of learning what you love (so you can drink well always, anywhere, forever - that’s the goal). So strictly speaking we don’t issue refunds for bottles you aren’t digging, but if there’s something you really don’t love we want to know so please reach out to us at info@sommcellars.co.nz. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Unfortunately, when consuming wine, you may encounter faulty or defective wines. Under the Consumers Guarantees Act we will replace goods that are not of merchantable quality. If you are not satisfied in regards to your purchase(s) please feel free to contact us at  info@sommcellars.co.nz.

Alternatively, as another option for our future, click on Add a note in the Cart and tell us about your wine style and preferences and it will help us choose the right wine for your next delivery.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of a wife and a husband, working with our hands and brains. We aren't perfect..

How about delivery?

Central Auckland will be delivered by us as far as possible. Otherwise, we use NZ Post for delivery. According to recent information we have received, delivery to the North Island takes a few days and to the South Island about a week, depending on the location. I live out side of the NZ, Can I still join Somm Subscription?

Unfortunately we currently ship inside the NZ only.
